基于模糊物元模型的水资源合理配置方案综合评价

摘    要:基于水资源合理配置方案具有多目标性和模糊不相容性的特点,在模糊物元分析的基础上,结合欧氏贴近度的概念,建立了基于欧氏贴近度的水资源合理配置方案综合评价的模糊物元模型。该模型采用一种综合赋权方法确定各评价指标的权重,该方法减少了权重确定的主观性。以河北省南水北调供水区水资源合理配置方案综合评价为例介绍了该模型的具体运用,结果表明,该模型用于水资源合理配置方案评价是合理、可行的。这为水资源合理配置方案综合评价提供了一种新的决策方法。

Abstract:The schemes of water resources reasonable allocation have the character of multiple objective and fuzzy incompatibilities.A new model is provided for evaluating the schemes of water resources reasonable allocation based on the fuzzy matter-element analysis and combined with the concept of euclid approach degree.A method of combination weights is used in the model to represent the weight of evaluation indexes and decreases the subjectivity of weight decision.The model is used in comprehensive evaluation of rational allocation schemes in South-to-North Water Transfer District of Hebei province and the study shows that the model applied in evaluating the schemes of water resources reasonable allocation is rational and feasible.A new decision method is provided for comprehensive evaluation of reasonable allocation schemes of water resources.
