油松苗期生长性状分析及选择因子的确定

摘    要:为了明确油松苗期生长性状的选择因子,对3年生油松实生苗的总鲜重、地上鲜重、地下鲜重、苗高、地径等19个生长性状,进行了相关性分析和主成分分析。结果表明:⑴各性状变异系数范围为28%~91.6%。⑵总鲜重与地径、苗高、冠幅和根幅的相关性系数分别是0.88、0.83、0.82、0.73,均达极显著水平;⑶通过主成分分析,将19个性状归纳为4个主成分,累积贡献率为75.14%。总鲜重、地径、冠幅和苗高等性状可作为油松苗期生长性状的选择因子。

Abstract:To determine the selection factors of seedling of Pinus tabulaeformis,the 19 traits of that were studied through the correlation and principal component analysis.The results showed that the range of variation coefficient is 28%~91.6%.Ground diameter,seedling height,crown width and root range were very significantly correlated with total fresh weight(r=0.88,0.83,0.82 and0.73,respectively).The principal component analysis showed that 19 characters were integrated into 4 principal components and their additive contributing rate reached 75.14%.Best of all,the four factors of total fresh weight,ground diameter,crown width and seedling height could be used as the main selection factors of three-year-old Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings.
