摘    要:目的]了解不同浓度激素下对省沽油组培芽增殖的影响。方法]研究了常用浓度区间内的6-BA以及6-BA、IAA混用对于省沽油外植体生芽率的影响。结果]当6-BA浓度为0.6mg/ml时,省沽油茎段在接种后第15d生芽率达到84%;6-BA浓度在0.4mg/ml时,接种后10d的茎尖生芽率达到56%;1mg/m]6-BA+0.20mg/mlIAA浓度茎尖生芽率达到50%,茎段生芽率达到30%。结论]省沽油组培芽增殖试验中,单独使用0.4~0.6mg/ml的6-BA可达到最好的生芽刺激效果。

Effects of Different Concentration Hormones on Bud Proliferation in Tissue Culture of Staphylea bumalda

Abstract:Abstract Objective] To study effects of different concentration hormones on bud proliferation in tissue culture of Staphylea bumalda DCI Method] The effects of 6-BA in commonly used concentration range and 6-BA, IAA mixture on explant germination rate of S. bumalda werI studied. Result] When 6-BA concentration came to 0.6 mg/ml, S. bumalda stem section germination rate reach a percentage of 84 at thI 15th day; with the 6-BA at the concentration of O. 4 mg/ml, we saw a stem germination rate of 56% on the 10th day; when the IAA conce~ tration was set on 0.20 mg/ml, with a invariant percentage of 6-BA, the rata jumped up to 50%, stem section germination rate came to 30%1 Conclusion ] In the test of the bud proliferation of S. bumalda, an exclusive use of 6-BA at 0.4 - 0.6 mg/ml proved to exert the most signif"t cant stimulus effect. /
