| Abstract: | Well-equipped capital farmland construction is an important means for stabilizing agricultural production and ensuring food securi- ty. Delimiting for latent capacity area of well-equipped capital farmland is an important and difficult selection. Taking Qinbei Region of Qinzhou City as an example, a new idea of latent capacity area delimiting of well-equipped capital farmland was discussed, which can provide practical new model for the same period of working. |
