出口大葱农药使用风险分析及安全生产技术关键点研究

针对我国出口的鲜葱经常遭遇国外技术壁垒困扰这一问题,对我国大葱各生长期使用农药的风险和关键控制点进行了研究。结果表明,日本和欧盟的残留限量标准数量多且严格,就我国大葱上常见的使用农药来说,日本限量指标采用"一律标准"的有15项,占28.3%;欧盟采用"一律标准"的有9项,采用0.01 mg/kg以及0.05 mg/kg以下的限量作为标准的共有22项,分别占17.0%和41.5%;而马来西亚采用的限量标准只有6项且限量宽泛。根据风险分析结果,将我国常用农药分为推荐使用、避免使用和限制使用3种,我国出口企业在实际生产中应将防治用药的选择作为重要的关键控制点,从而规避风险。同时对大葱上农药的使用提出了建议,提供了防治大葱主要病虫害且限量指标相对宽泛的农药种类和安全使用方法。

Risk Analysis and Key Safety Techniques of Pesticide Use in Scallion for Export

Scallion is a major exporting product in China,but the export of Chinese scallion has met the pesticide maximal residue limits(MRLs) for many times.This paper was an analysis of pesticide MRLs on scallion in Japan,European and Malaysia,and the results showed that the MRLs in Japan and European were strict.As for the common pesticides used on Chinese scallion,there were 9 uniform limit standards and 22 standards between 0.01 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg in European,15 uniform limit standards in Japan and 6 standards in Malaysia.According to the analysis results,the pesticides used on scallion were divided into 3 kinds:recommendation,avoidance and prohibition.The related export enterprises should pay attention to selection of pesticides in production to avoid risks.Some reasonable application suggestions were also brought forward on pesticides which were used in Chinese scallion production.
