| 摘 要： | 项目化教学是岗位需求与教学紧密对接的一种教学模式。满足岗位要求,以典型的生产任务转化为项目,将职业素养内化其中,以项目作为课程实施的载体。本文对所《乳制品加工技术与设备》从课程整体设计的和项目开展,实施了项目化教学实践与探索,以期为提高食品专业人才培养质量提供借鉴。

Exploration and Practice of Project Teaching of Dairy Processing Technology and Equipment Course |

| Abstract: | Project teaching is a teaching mode in which post demand and teaching are closely linked. Meet the requirements of the post, transform the typical production task into the project, internalize the professional accomplishment, and take the project as the carrier of the course implementation. This paper carries out the project teaching practice and exploration from the whole design and project of the dairy products processing technology and equipment in order to provide reference for improving the quality of food professionals training. |
