| Abstract: | The fermented feed working as an excellent feed additive is green, safe and effective. It can improve the quality of feed, promote the efficiency of feed utilization and avoid sub-health. Long-term usage of the fermented feed effectively solves several general issues of animal production including restrict antibiotic use, food safety and environmental pollution. Here, we introduce the definition and classification of fermented feed and review its applications in the pig production. |
