新时期城市化进程中一体化城乡关系的构建--《江村经济》的现实意义

费孝通在《江村经济》中建构出了城乡关系理论，为思索新时期中国城市化进程中的城乡关系提供了启发和参考。在新时期背景下城市化进程中，为促进生产要素和劳动力在部门和地区间合理流动，应按照市场经济体制的本质要求，建立城乡统一的土地市场，促进农用地尤其是农村建设用地使用权流转，保障土地供应；建立城乡统一的资本市场，加大金融信贷支持力度，扩大资金来源；建立城乡统一的劳动力市场，确保劳动力资源充足。

Construction of Urban-rural Relationship in the Urbanization Process in New Period--Contemporary Significance of "The Economy of Jiangcun "

Urban-rural relations theory was established in "The Economy of Jiangcun" by Fei Xiaotong, it provides the inspiration and reference for speculating the relationship between urban and rural areas in Chinese urbanization process under the new normal situation. Under the urbanized process of the new normal situation,in order to promote the rational flow of production elements and labor force between departments and regions, we should establish a unified urban and rural land market according with essence of market economy system,promote the right of the use circulation of agricultural land, especially the rural construction land, guarantee the supply of land, establish a unified urban and rural capital market, increase support of financial credit, expand funding sources, establish a unified urban and rural labor market, ensure sufficient labor resources.
