| 摘 要： | 随着人口的增加、城市化进程加快、国民经济的发展及生活水平的提高等.水资源短缺将成为直接制约新郑市经济发展发展的瓶颈.针对新郑市地区特点,在分析水资源开发利用现状的基础上,以2007年为基准年,预测了新郑市规划年水资源供需状况,分析了新郑市未来发展的供需趋势,结合水资源开发利用现状中存在的问题,提出了水资源供给保障措施,为新郑市水资源的合理配置和规划管理提供参考.
