| 摘 要： | 环渤海地区是继珠江和长江三角洲之后我国推进的第三个经济高增长区域,其农业与农村经济取得显著成就,但水资源紧缺、耕地减少、农业投入资金不足、区域发展不平衡等不利因素,制约了环渤海现代农业的发展进程。根据全面提升环渤海地区现代农业发展水平,强化建立区域现代农业发展协调联动机制,因地制宜选择现代发展模式和高度重视环境保护和统筹城乡发展的发展思路,提出环渤海不同区域现代农业的发展模式:滨海地区外向型农业和现代渔业发展模式;大城市周边都市型现代农业发展模式;平原地区土地集约型种植和生态型养殖发展模式;丘陵山区绿色农业和观光农业发展模式。
