| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了目前农业科技成果转化具有显著的地域性、高风险性、公益性强、以及与其他发达国家独特性等特性,并在此基础上分析了农业科技成果转化目前面临的问题,从切实提高我国农业科技成果的整体质量和市场竞争力、完善科技成果转化机制和加强对新型职业农民的培训力度三个方面提出了促进农业科技成果转化的对策。

Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation in China |

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the characteristics of the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation in China, including geographical restrictions, high risks, public welfare, and uniqueness from developed countries. Besides, a series of serious problems of agricultural achievements transformation in China are summarized. Finally, the countermeasures on promoting the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements are given, mainly including the following three aspects: improving the overall quality and market competitiveness of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, perfecting the transformation mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and strengthening the training of new professional farmers. |
