摘    要:为了研究干旱胁迫下,不同菌根化苗木在生长形态方面的抗旱作用。以接种5种外生菌根真菌的马尾松苗木为材料,在温室内采用盆栽方法人工模拟自然干旱。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,外生菌根真菌能促进苗木的高、地径、根系生长及生物量积累,且不同菌种、相对含水量以及菌种与含水量间交互项均差异极显著( P<0.01)。中度胁迫时,接种土生空团菌苗木的高和地径生长最好,比对照分别增加了27.8%和52.9%;不同胁迫条件下,均以接种褐环乳牛肝菌1的苗木生物量积累最大,较对照增加了230%;干旱胁迫下,菌根菌能促进苗木地上和地下部分生长,尤其对根系作用明显,使菌根化苗木的根冠比显著高于对照,但不同菌种对宿主的亲和力大小有差异,且苗木对各菌根菌的依赖性也不相同。

Effects of drought stress on mycorrhizal seedlings growth of Pinus massoniana
Abstract:In order to investigate the drought tolerance of different mycorrhizal seedlings in growth morphology under drought stress, potted Pinus massoniana Lamb. seedlings inoculated with 5 sorts of ectomycorrhizal fungi were stressed in the artificial simulated drought in greenhouse. The results showed as follows. Ectomycorrhizal fungi significantly promoted the growth and biomass accumula-tion of height, ground diameter and roots of P. massoniana seedlings under drought stress. And there were extremely significant differences ( P<0.01) between fungus sorts, relative water contents and interactions of fungus sorts-water contents. Under the moderate stress, the seedlings inoculated with Cenococcum geophilum grew best in height and ground diameter and increased by 27. 8% and 52.9% respectively compared to the control group. Under different conditions of stress, the seedlings inoculated with Suillus luteus had the largest biomass accumulation and increased by 230% compared to the control. Therefore, under drought stress, ectomycor-rhizal fungi could significantly promote the growth of aboveground and underground parts in seedlings especially for the roots, causing the root-shoot ratio of mycorrhizal seedlings significantly higher than the control. But there were differences in affinity between various mycorrhizal fungi and host and the dependence of seedlings to various ectomycorrhizal fungi was different.
