白僵菌与病毒、苏云金杆菌、溴氰菊酯混合防治木毒蛾的研究

摘    要:通过应用白僵菌 (Bb)、木毒蛾核多角体病毒 (LxNPV)、苏云金杆菌 (Bt)和溴氰菊酯粉剂及其不同配比的混合粉剂对木毒蛾室内毒力测定和林间防治比较试验 ,筛选出Bb与LxNPV(2× 1 0 6PIB·g-1)、Bt(1 4 0× 1 0 8·g-1)和 0 0 5 %溴氰菊酯(D)粉剂 ,以 2∶1∶1∶1比例混合粉剂防治效果最好 ,平均效果达 92 1 % ,较 4种单剂防治具有明显的增效作用 ,为探索配制木毒蛾复合生化杀虫剂提供了科学的依据 ,生产推广应用前景广阔

Abstract:The control comparative experiment shows that the control effects of the mixed powder of Beauveria bassiana,the nuclear polyhedrosis virus(2×10 6PIB·g -1 )for Lymantria xylina,Bacillus thuringiensis(140×10 8·g -1 )and 0.05% of deetamethrin with 2∶1∶1∶1 proportion are best,the average effects reach 92.1% and the mixed-powder control possesses the evident synergism as compared with the 4 single-powder control,which provides a scientific basis for exploring the preparation of the compound biochemical insecticide for L.xylina with broad prospects of popularization and application in production.
