| 摘 要： | 为有效治理浙江省杭州市名贵花卉红掌上出现的新病害，对其开展了病原鉴定研究。从杭州市一公园的红掌上分离出3株致病细菌，经主要细菌学特性、菌落形态、Koch假说测定、Biolog和脂肪酸分析鉴定及与2株标准菌株比较，首次在浙江省内征实了这种红掌细菌性叶斑是由Xanthomonas axonopodis pv．dieffenbachiae引起的。

| Abstract: | A new disease occurred to Anthurium andraeanum in a park of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China in 2006. Three bacterial strains were isolated from the infected samples. They were identified as Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. dieffenbachiae after bacteriological test, colony morphology, pathogenicity test, Biolog and FAME analysis and compared with the 2 standard strains. This is the first report of this bacterial disease damaged to An. andraeanum in Zhejiang province. |
