供应链管理模式下饲料企业物流管理现状及应对措施

摘    要:经济制度的快速发展带动市场竞争的日渐激烈,越来越多的饲料企业为了能够紧跟时代的步伐,采取供应链管理模式对物流领域的发展进行监管与维护。本文通过对国内外发展形式进行对比,研究饲料企业物流管理的相关理论知识,再分别从管理观念、法律法规、人才缺口、信息化程度、部门协调性五个角度,分析供应链模式下饲料企业物流管理的突出性问题。联合现有企业物流管理的发展现状可知,创新物流管理理念,培养专业型管理人才,注重物流信息化管理,实现企业经营目标价值最大化,降低企业物流成本都能有效解决物流管理所面临的问题,是未来各大饲料企业的主要发展方向。

Abstract:The rapid development of economic system drives the increasingly fierce market competition.In order to keep up with the pace of the times,more and more feed enterprises adopt the supply chain management mode to supervise and maintain the development of logistics field.Through the comparison of development forms at home and abroad,this paper studied the relevant theoretical knowledge of feed enterprise logistics management,and then analyzed the prominent problems of feed enterprise logistics management under the supply chain mode from five aspects of management concept,laws and regulations,talent gap,information degree and department coordination.Combined with the current development situation of logistics management in enterprises,the innovation of logistics management concept,cultivation of professional management talents,focus on logistics information management,maximize the value of business objectives,and reduce the logistics cost of enterprises could effectively solve the problems faced by logistics management,which were the main development direction of major feed enterprises in the future.
