添加不同水平植物乳酸杆菌提取物对猪生长性能、免疫机能及经济效益指标的影响

摘    要:为研究添加不同水平植物乳酸杆菌提取物对猪生长性能、免疫机能及经济效益指标的影响,采用单因素随机设计试验,选择体重相近、健康的育肥猪60头随机分成4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头,1组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别添加1.5%、2.0%、2.5%植物乳菌提取物,预试验10 d,试验期为56 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较1组比分别提高13.5%、12.0%(P<0.05),料重比较1组比分别降低13.3%、11.7%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);(2)试验3、4组血清中的IgG、IL-2含量较1组比分别提高22.3%、18.2%、20.5%、16.9%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中的IgA、IL-6含量均高于1组(P>0.05);(3)试验3、4组毛利润最高,较1组比分别提高41.0%、37.0%。综上,添加2.0%植物乳酸杆菌提取物可以提高猪生长性能、免疫机能及经济效益。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of different levels of Lactobacillus extracts on growth performance,immune function and economic benefit of pigs.60 healthy finishing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,15 replicates in each group,1 in each replicate.Group 1 was the control group and fed with basic diet.1.5%,2.0%and 2.5%plant Lactobacillus extracts were added to groups 2,3 and 4 for 10 days,with a trial period of 56 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 13.5%and 12.0%higher than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05),the feed weight of groups 3,4 was 13.3%and 11.7%lower than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05),the average intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);(2)The content of IgG and IL-2 in serum of groups 3 and 4 was 22.3%,18.2%,20.5%and 16.9%higher than that of group 1 respectively The content of IgA and IL-6 in the serum of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);(3)The gross profit of groups 3,4 was 41.0%and 37.0%higher than that of group 1.In conclusion that 2.0%Lactobacillus extract could improve the growth performance,immune function and economic benefit of pigs.
