响应面法优化灰树花液体菌种配方研究

摘    要:以灰树花(Grifola frondosa)菌丝生物量为指标,采用响应面法优化工厂化栽培灰树花液体菌种发酵培养基配方。通过Plackett-Burman设计得出麸皮和玉米粉是影响灰树花菌丝生物量的主效应因素,用最陡爬坡试验逼近最大响应区域,再进行中心组合设计试验及响应面法分析,得到最佳配方为麸皮38.48g/L、玉米粉48.92g/L,对应灰树花液体菌种最大生物量为49.25g/L。

Abstract:Based on the mycelium biomass index the composition optimization of main medium for the liquid inoculation of factory-cultured Grifola frondosa was conducted by response surface analysis.
