| 摘 要： | 巴楚蘑菇的多糖含量很高，高达8．7％，以此为原料，采用热水浸提法取汁，并将其汁液与桃汁复合，采用正交实验，探索出最佳饮料配方和最佳工艺条件，开发出色、香、味俱佳的复合多功能保健饮料。

| Abstract: | Bachu mushroom has lots of polysaccharide, attain 8.7%. Extracted juice from Bachu mushroom with the method of hot wather extraction. Then, added Bachu mushroom juice into peach juice, based on the optimum for mulation and processing technology obtained , a compound healthy beverage was made from the solution with good color, smell and taste. |
