摘    要:为了对新设计齿轮箱的润滑系统中固体颗粒状况进行实时监测,搭建了由S7-200PLC、颗粒计数器、工业以太网通讯设备和OPC服务器组成的状态监测系统。介绍了此状态监测系统中各环节的搭建过程,其中上位机采用基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件的客户端应用程序与检测系统通过OPC服务器实现实时数据通讯,并将检测的数据实时显示和存储。此监测系统的检测结果表明其能够很好的对固体颗粒状态进行实时监测。

Abstract:The real-time state detection system was designed which consisted of S7-200PI.C,beads counter,industrial Ethernet communication apparatus and OPC server to detect solid beads in lubricating system in the newly designed gearbox. The setting up process of each link under such state detection system was introduced in detail in this paper. The device of higher position with client application program, based on the virtual instrument software of LabVIEW with detection system via OPC server,could make real-time data communication,display and save the real-time detected data. The detection results showed that this detection system could make effective real-time detection to solid beads in lubricating oil.
