| 摘 要： | 简要介绍生产性公共基础设施和非生产性公共基础设施的概念后,从实证的角度分析西部乡镇农村生产性公共基础设施建设对乡镇农业收入水平是否有显著影响以及贡献度的大小,进而检验西部乡村生产性公共基础设施建设在提高农业收入方面的作用,最后提出了意见和建议。
