噻苯敌草隆脱叶剂对棉花脱叶、吐絮效果试验

以3个不同剂量的540g/L噻苯敌草隆SC(脱吐隆)和一个常用剂量的40%乙烯利AS混用及540g/L噻苯敌草隆SC单剂、40%乙烯利AS单剂为处理,以清水做对照,进行噻苯敌草隆脱叶剂对棉花脱叶、吐絮效果的研究。结果表明,药后3d、7d、15d、22d的脱叶率和吐絮率随噻苯敌草隆浓度增加而增加。药后7d,各药剂处理脱叶率较清水对照显著提高,药后22d,噻苯敌草隆与乙烯利混用3个处理脱叶率达94.8%~100%,噻苯敌草隆单剂82.6%,乙烯利单剂62.3%,清水对照43.1%;药后15d,各药剂处理吐絮率达33.4%~54.8%,其中噻苯敌草隆单剂36.1%,乙烯利单剂41.8%,清水对照9.2%,均较清水对照显著提高;霜前吐絮率(药后22d),噻苯敌草隆与乙烯利混用3个处理为35.0%~69.7%,噻苯敌草隆单剂39.8%,乙烯利单剂46.0%,清水对照17.3%。

The Effects of Thidiazuron-Diuron on Defoliation and Boll Opening of Cotton

In order to investigate the effect of thidiazuron-diuron on defoliation and boll opening of cotton,combined applicaiton of thidiazuron-diuron(540g/L) and ethephon(40%) at three different rates were used.The application of thidiazuron-diuron,ethephon and water was used as the control.After pesticide application on 3d,7d,15d and 22d,the rates of defoliation and boll opening of cotton were increased with the increase of the application rate of thidiazuron-diuron.After 7d,the defoliation rates in all treatments with pesticide application were higher than that in the control with water.After 22d,the defoliation rates were 94.8%～100%,82.6%,62.3% and 43.1% in three treatments with combined applicaiton of thidiazuron-diuron and ethephon,thidiazuron-diuron application treatment,ethephon application treatment and water application,respectively.After 15d,the boll opening rates were 33.4%～54.8% in three treatments with combined applicaiton of thidiazuron-diuron and ethephon,and it was 36.1% in thidiazuron-diuron treatment,41.8% in ethephon treatment,and 9.2% in water treatment.After 22d,the boll opening rates in three treatments with combined applicaiton of thidiazuron-diuron and ethephon were 35.0%～69.7%,39.8% in thidiazuron-diuron treatment,46.0% in ethephon treatment,and 17.3% in water treatment.
