| Abstract: | Under the guidance of Neoinstitutional Economics,in this paper the reason of formulation and development of rural land circulation institution and some questions existing in the course of its perfection were deeply probed from a great deal of angels such as institution innovation,trade expenses and so on,and at last some constructive policies and recommendations were put forward. |
