大豆杂交F2代农艺性状的遗传变异分析

摘    要:以中、美、日、韩4国大豆品种作亲本,组配成中×美、美×中、中×日、中×韩、中×中等21个杂交组合,通过对F2代农艺性状的遗传参数的分析,结果表明:(1)F2百粒重、主茎分枝数等性状的遗传变异度较大;(2)不同组合的一些农艺性状表现明显的超亲优势,其中百粒重和分枝数表现出较高的遗传力;(3)F2主茎分枝数、有效分枝始节等性状GS和RGS较大,有较高的遗传潜力.

Abstract:hybridized combinations of soybean, whose parents from China, America, Japan and Korea respectively were studied on genetic variation of agronomic character in F 2 generation. The results showed that: 1) There are higher genetic variation on 100 grain weight and main stem branch.2)Several agronomic characters of different combinations show high positively hybrid vigor and the heritability of 100 grains weight and number of branch were relative higher. 3)GS and RGS of number of branch and first node on branch were relative higher, for which means bright future.
