枳对逆境胁迫的生理响应

摘    要:目的]研究枳在几种胁迫下的生理响应。方法]以1年生枳实生苗为材料,测定低温、干旱、盐胁迫下枳叶的生理指标。结果]枳叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在低温胁迫10 d后显著增强,干旱、盐胁迫过程变化趋势一致,先小幅增强,后下降;过氧化物酶(POD)活性3种处理过程中均呈先上升后下降趋势,且比对照高;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化与POD活性类似,只是低温、干旱胁迫中应答迟缓;游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量在3种胁迫下均比对照高,且随着胁迫时间的延长,Pro的含量逐渐增加;可溶性蛋白含量在低温胁迫过程中快速大幅度上升,在干旱、盐胁迫过程中变化不明显。结论]明晰了胁迫下枳叶片相关几种酶和成分的变化规律,为枳栽培和抗性育种提供了理论基础。
