| 摘 要： | [目的]在试验土壤中进行蚯蚓接种,跟踪测定蚯蚓-土壤交互作用下土壤脲酶活性。[方法]选择2种生活习性不同的毛利环毛蚓和赤子爱胜蚓,在试验土壤中进行接种。[结果]经蚯蚓接种后,土壤脲酶活性发生较大的变化,毛利环毛蚓对土壤脲酶活性的影响比赤子爱胜蚓明显。经组合接种后,土壤脲酶活性增加比较明显。[结论]产生这种差异的原因可能是与蚯蚓生活习性和接种蚯蚓后土壤微生物类群发生变化有关。
