玉米/大豆间作模式对土壤酶活性及土壤养分的影响

摘    要:目的]研究玉米(Zea maysL.)/大豆(Glycine max)间作对土壤酶活性及土壤养分含量的影响。方法]试验设3个处理(大豆单作、玉米单作、大豆/玉米间作),完全随机区组排列,每个处理3次重复。于大豆、玉米收获后,采用5点取样法取样。5种土壤酶活力的测定均参照关松荫的方法,土壤养分测定采用《土壤农化分析手册》的方法。结果]与玉米单作、大豆单作相比,玉米/大豆间作显著提高了土壤反硝化酶活性和土壤速效钾含量,而显著降低了土壤有机质含量;各耕作模式下土壤酶活性与土壤养分含量的相关分析表明:反硝化酶活性与土壤速效钾含量呈极显著正相关,反硝化酶活性与土壤有机质含量呈显著负相关,而其他4种土壤酶活性与土壤养分含量均未呈显著性相关关系。结论]该研究可为玉米/大豆间作这种复合模式的发展和合理利用提供理论依据。
