| 摘 要： | 辽吉黑区域旅游资源优势互补,旅游基础设施雄厚、客源市场广阔、潜力巨大,为区域旅游联动开发奠定了基础。笔者通过分析国内外区域旅游联动开发的典型模式,认为辽吉黑区域应采取多种机制综合协调、政府力量积极主导;区域多中心、多圈层、分级联动开发;参与主体多元化、涉及领域众多的联动开发模式。建议配套深入挖掘特色、分级开发旅游资源;塑造区域整体形象,联合开展市场营销,针对性开发旅游市场;分尺度开发旅游产品;组建跨区域旅游企业集团等战略措施,确保大区域旅游业的繁荣和发展。
