| 摘 要： | 村民自治是一项具有中国特色的基层民主政治制度。改革开放30年来,村民自治取得了很大的成就,但也面临着许多新问题。通过对中国村民自治第一村——广西宜州市屏南乡合寨村的实地调研,深入分析了合寨村村民自治的发展现状,以及村民自治发展中值得关注的问题,并在此基础上提出了从经济发展、公共精神、文化教育、制度建设等方面对村民自治进行改进和完善。
