摘    要:目的]揭示烟草连作障碍的作用机制,为消除农业生产上烟草的连作障碍提供理论依据。方法]以漂浮育苗的方式,研究了不同浓度烟草根茬腐解液对幼苗生长的影响。结果]当烟草根茬腐解液浓度为0.1 g/ml时,能促进幼苗的生长,能显著提高烟株的干物质重量,增强硝酸还原酶活性和根系活力。随着腐解液浓度的提高,促进作用逐渐转为抑制作用。当烟草根茬腐解液浓度达0.2 g/ml时,烟株硝酸还原酶活性明显下降,过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量显著上升。当烟草根茬腐解液浓度达0.3 g/ml以上时,烟株硝酸还原酶活性最低,过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量达最大。结论]烟草根茬腐解液对烟苗的生长产生了不同程度的化感效应,随腐解液浓度的提高表现出明显的"低促高抑"的现象。
