肉苁蓉对大鼠抗运动性疲劳能力及脑自由基的影响

摘    要:目的]研究肉苁蓉对大鼠抗运动性疲劳能力及脑自由基的影响,为其抗运动性疲劳功效的应用提供理论依据。方法]适应饲养4 d后,将大鼠随机分为4组(n=15):静止灌服水组(C组)、静止灌服肉苁蓉组(M组)、运动灌服水组(T组)、运动灌服肉苁蓉组(TM组)。训练28 d后,测定各组大鼠体重、力竭游泳时间及脑组织线粒体中MDA、SOD、GSH-Px含量,观察肉苁蓉对运动大鼠抗疲劳能力及脑自由基的影响。结果]M组、C组大鼠体重间无显著差异,T组大鼠体重小于C组大鼠(P〈0.01),TM组大鼠体重小于M组大鼠(P〈0.05);TM组力竭游泳时间长于T组(P〈0.01);TM组MDA含量明显低于T组(P〈0.01),SOD、GSH-Px活性明显高于T组(P〈0.01)。结论]肉苁蓉能延缓大鼠运动性疲劳的产生并抑制大强度力竭运动造成的大鼠脑组织脂质过氧化的程度和线粒体氧化损伤。
