城乡规划法背景下的乡村规划研究

城乡规划法的颁布体现了改变城乡二元结构,统筹城乡发展的重要性。而对村庄进行新的规划、整治、建设,达到＂村容整洁＂则是村庄建设的重要内容。笔者从村庄规划的概念入手,阐述了乡村规划涉及内容及范围,探讨乡村规划目前存在的问题,从而确定了今后乡村规划的目标。在讨论并总结了乡村规划的工作重点之后,提出了保障规划顺利施行的几点建议。
