| 摘 要： | 利用长沙市城市统计年鉴的相关数据，从建成区面积变化总体特征、建设用地内部结构变化特征以及城市扩展形式3个方面对长沙市2000～2008年用地扩展状况进行分析，并结合社会经济统计数据对长沙市城市用地扩展的驱动力进行逐步回归分析，得出经济发展是长沙市城市用地扩展的核心要素，近年来的房地产热起了重要的推动作用。
