摘    要:目的]建立了同时测定香椿果提取物中没食子酸、没食子酸甲酯、1,2,3,4,6-五-O-没食子酰-β-D-葡萄糖3种酚性化合物含量的方法。方法]采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(6.0 mm×150.0 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸,以1.0 ml/min流速为进行梯度洗脱,柱0.480、0.018~0.180和0.022~0.220μg之间线性关系良好(r≥0.999 8),平均加样回收率分别为101.6%、99.5%和99.1%,RSD值≤2.9%。结论]该含量测定方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可用于香椿果中的酚性成分含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective] To develop a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method to simultaneously determine contents of three phenolic compounds including gallic acid,methyl gallate and 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose in the fruits of Toona sinensis(A.Juss.) Roem..Method] The chromatographic separation was performed on a Hypersil C18 column(6.0 mm×150.0 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of methanol and 0.1% formic acid in gradient elution whose flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The temperature of sample manager was set at 30 ℃,and samples were detected at 280 nm and quantified by external standard method.Result] The linear ranges of gallic acid,methyl gallate and 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose were respectively 0.048-0.480 μg,0.018-0.180 μg and 0.022-0.220 μg with correlation coefficient of more than or equal to 0.999 8.The average recovery of 3 phenolic compounds was respectively 101.6%,99.5% and 99.1% with RSD value of less than or equal to 2.9%.Conclusion] The developed HPLC method was simple,sensitive and accurate with good repeatability,which was available for determining contents of phenolic compounds in the fruits of Toona sinensis(A.Juss.) Roem..
