基于ESR技术的烟气中自由基分析的研究进展

摘    要:电子自旋共振(electron spin resonance,ESR)又称电子顺磁共振(electron paramagnetic resonance,EPR),是检测自由基最直接有效的方法。自由基是香烟烟气中最主要的一类有害物质,会直接和间接攻击细胞成分,导致人体组织和细胞的氧化,损害细胞膜上的脂类和蛋白质,引发癌症等疾病。笔者述评了ESR技术与自旋捕获技术相结合应用于香烟烟气中有害自由基的研究进展。
