| 摘 要： | [目的]比较不同品种鹿尾中的磷脂含量,为鹿尾的质量评定提供依据。[方法]用Folch试剂超声提取鹿尾中的磷脂,经消化后采用钼酸铵比色法测定其总磷脂含量。[结果]梅花鹿尾中磷脂平均含量为11.39 mg/g;马鹿尾中磷脂平均含量为11.85 mg/g。[结论]2种鹿尾中总磷脂含量差异不显著（P〉0.05）;该方法操作简单,结果准确,重现性高,可以作为鹿尾药材的质量控制方法。 |
