| 摘 要： | 目的]比较分析枸杞果柄不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性,并测定其黄酮含量。方法]利用比色法测定枸杞果柄不同溶剂提取物中的总黄酮含量,利用二苯代苦肼基自由基体系（DPPH）对枸杞果柄不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性进行评价。结果]枸杞果柄各提取部位均具有一定的抗氧化活性,其中正丁醇提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力最强,与Vc的清除能力相比没有显著性差异;正丁醇提取物的总黄酮含量显著高于其他提取部位,达到61.26 mg/g。结论]枸杞果柄的抗氧化活性与其所含的黄酮含量高低有关。
