| 摘 要： | 基于对恭城瑶族自治县农民创业情况的调研,分析了影响少数民族地区农民成功创业存在的问题：一是地方领导干部的观念落后,使得农民创业困难重重;二是农民创业资源分散、资源短缺,使得创业效果不佳;三是农民创业缺乏特色和品牌意识,使得产品缺乏市场竞争力;四是小农意识严重,阻碍了创业成果的市场化和国际化;五是政府不注重产业链的建设,导致农民创业缺乏可持续性。提出了促进少数民族地区农民成功创业的政策建议：一是更新地方领导的思想观念,重视发挥农民创业在县域经济发展中的积极作用;二是整合地方创业资源,提高农民创业的效率;三是树立品牌和特色意识,增强创业成果的市场竞争力;四是加强产业链建设,促进农民创业的可持续发展。
