桦木液化制备PF的研究

摘    要:探讨了苯酚与桦木粉质量比(液比)、NaOH用量、苯酚与甲醛摩尔比等对酚醛树脂性能的影响,结果表明,影响酚醛树脂性能的主次依次为甲醛与苯酚摩尔比〉苯酚与木粉质量比(液比)〉NaOH用量,木材液化物制备酚醛树脂的最佳工艺条件:苯酚与木粉质量比为4,甲醛与苯酚摩尔比为2.4,NaOH用量为12 g。并对制得的酚醛树脂进行压板测试,结果表明,胶合板的胶合强度达到了国家标GB/T9846—2004Ⅰ类胶合板要求。
