中国古典园林对现代城市广场建设的启示

介绍了中国现代城市广场的研究现状,指出其因缺乏理论指导而出现的盲目模仿、千篇一律的现象,强调应加强关于中国特色的城市广场的研究。在分析西方传统城市广场和中国古典园林特色的基础上,结合现代城市广场的功能,指出中国现代城市广场应该在最大限度满足公众需求的前提下,承载中国人固有的思想情感和审美特征。重点分析了中国古典园林对现代城市广场建设的启示,突出了古典园林的园林美学、构成要素、造景手法在现代城市广场中的应用,指出中国古典园林所蕴涵的人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间的关系必将给城市广场带来深刻的启示。

Enlightenment on the Construction of Modern Urban Squares from Classical Chinese Gardens
