| 摘 要： | 目的]找出小叶丁香硬枝扦插快速生根的最佳方案。方法]研究不同基质配比及生根剂浓度对小叶丁香硬枝扦插快速生根的影响。结果]未经生长素处理的插穗以不同方式扦插在不同基质上生根情况差别不明显,经过生长素处理的插穗以不同方式扦插不同扦插基质上生根情况有很大差别。结论]进行全插的插穗以120 mg/LNAA溶液处理过并扦插在纯河沙中的生根情况最好;进行半插的插穗以110 mg/LIBA溶液处理过并扦插在土＋河沙＋蛭石中的生根情况最好。
