紫孢侧耳子实体组织的TTC─脱氢酶活性

摘    要:本文报道紫孢侧耳(Pleurotussopidus)子实体发育过程中,菌褶组织中的TTC─脱氢酶活性随着成熟度的增加逐渐增强,其它各结构组织中的TTC─脱氢酶活性逐渐降低。在子实体发育的幼小阶段,菌柄、菌柄与菌盖之间组织的脱氢酶活性高于菌褶和菌肉组织中的酶活。子实体的周边和表皮组织(菌盖直径在5cm以上)中的脱氢酶活性均高于其内部各结构组织中的酶活。

Abstract:In this paper TTC-dehydrogenase activity from the tissues of fructifications of Pleurotus sapidus is reported,TTC-dehydrogenase activity of the lamella tissees is gradually on the incease along with growth,during fructification development,but TTC-dehydrogenase activity from other tissues is gradually reduced. The dehydrogenase activity from the tissues of the stipe and between the stipe and pileus is higher than the lamella and context tissues during young growth of the fructification. The dehydrogenase activity from the tissues of outside and epidermis of the fructification(more than 5 cm in the pileus diameter is higher than other interior tissues.
