摘    要:研究了以0.1%NaHCO3-50%EtOH为溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取,以甘草酸的提取率为评价指标,利用正交实验,筛选甘草酸的最佳超声提取工艺条件。结果表明,从乌拉尔甘草中提取甘草酸的最佳条件为:料液比为1:10,超声温度为90℃,超声时间150min。通过此工艺,甘草酸纯品提取率可达5.19%。

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Glycyrrhizic acid by Orthogonal Design

Abstract:The extraction of glycyrrhizic acid from licorice by ultrasonic wave were studied using the ultrasonic test. The optimum extracting conditions of liquiritin were as follows: the ratio of solid- liquid was 1:10,the extracting temperature was 90 ℃, the extracting time was 150 minutes.By using it,the pure extraction rate of liquiritin is up to 5.19%.
