| 摘 要： | 为研究叶面喷施膨大素对马铃薯块茎品质的影响,在马铃薯盛花期,对其叶面喷施不同浓度的膨大素进行田间小区试验;收获10d后,室内测定马铃薯块茎中淀粉、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、还原糖和维生素C含量。结果表明,叶面喷施膨大素可明显促进马铃薯块茎中淀粉、维生素C和可溶性糖含量的增加;中浓度的膨大素处理能明显提高马铃薯块茎中的可溶性蛋白质含量;中、高浓度膨大素处理能显著提高马铃薯块茎中的还原糖含量。马铃薯盛花期施用适量茎块膨大素(浓度在0.677～1.333mg/L),有利于提高马铃薯营养及加工品质。
