粳稻光(温)敏核质互作不育系(SA)的育性和可恢复性研究

摘    要:连续3a的分期播种试验表明,聚合光(温)敏核不育系S和核质互作不育系A的不育基因转育而成的粳稻光(温)敏核质互作不育系SA的育性对光温反应迟钝,在长日高温、适温、低温和短日适温、低温下其育性都稳定不育;SA花粉败育类型表现为长日下以典败为主,短日下典染共存,且随着日长的变短和温度的降低,染败花粉有增加的趋势。可恢复性试验表明,不同的恢复系对SA的恢复能力强弱不同,SA的可恢复性一般介于亲本S和A的可恢复性之间。

Abstract:The results from the split seeding experiments for three years showed that the fertility of the photo(thermo)-sensitive cytoplasmic male sterile lines,developed by combining P(T)GMS and CMS genes and symbolized as SA,was not easily influenced by daylength and temperature.Its male sterility was very stable under a long daylength with high,normal or low temperatures, and under a short daylength with normal or low temperatures.The main pollen type of SA was typical abortion one under a long daylength,but typical and stained abortion types co-existed under a short daylength and the percentage of stained pollens increased with a decrease of daylength and temperature.The results from the studies on its restorability showed that different restorer lines had a different restoring ability to SA,and the restorability of SA lines was generally between that of its parents S and A lines.
