摘    要:采用扫描电镜观察杂交鲶(索氏六须鲶♀鲶♂)精、卵形态及精子入卵过程。结果证实:异源的鲶鱼精子能够按照正常的受精细胞学程序进入到索氏六须鲶的卵内并与之受精。精卵相遇3s时,精子就能迅速到达精孔区,15S时受精孔打开,1min内完成精子入卵,15min受精孔封闭,20min精子全部解体。

Abstract:The scanning electron microscope was applied to observe the morphology of sperms and eggs of Hybrid Silurus asotus and Silurus soldatov as well as the process in which its sperms penetrated eggs. The results of the hybrid between Silurus asotus and Silurus soldatov showed that sperms of Silurus asotus could get into eggs of Silurus soldatov and made it fertilized. It had the similar process of the fertilization with the species of Silurus asotus. At 3 s after fertilization, the sperms entered the micropyle, at 15 s after fertilization, the micropylar canal opened; the fertilization was finished in 1 min; the micropylar canal closed in 15 min after fertilization; all of the sperms outside the micropyle disorganized in 20 min.
