摘    要:以江苏省宿迁市境内杨树为材料,通过调查其对3种重金属Cu、Mn、zn的吸收和累积特征,为探索杨树对土壤重金属污染的修复机理提供一定依据.结果表明:该地区土壤质量基本上保持自然背景水平.杨树各器官中的重金属含量呈现出一定的趋势,叶片为Zn>Mn>Cu;木质部为Mn>Zn>Cu;0~15 cm土壤层根系为Mn>Cu>Zn;15~30 cm土壤层根系为Mn>Cu>Zn.4月10日的杨树1 a生枝中3种重金属含量明显低于3月4日.

Abstract:The contents of three heavy metals (Cu, Mn and Zn) in the various organs of poplar were investigated in Suqian, Jiangsu. The results showed that the concentration of three metals in soil was basically close to the natural background levels in this area. The content of three heavy metals varied with the poplar organs. The content in the leaves was Zn > Mn > Cu, while the content in the xylem was Mn > Zn > Cu, in the roots from 0~15 cm of soil was Mn > Cu > Zn but in the roots from 15~30 cm of soil was Mn > Cu > Zn. And also the contents of three heavy metals in the branches of April 10 were obviously lower than that of March 4 for one year old poplar trees.
