中药复方中的甘草和红花的薄层色谱定性鉴别

摘    要:采用薄层色谱法对中药复方中的甘草、红花2味药材的有效成分进行了定性鉴别。结果表明:采用TLC法可以定性鉴别中药复方中的甘草,文中所选用的方法专属性强、灵敏度高、准确可靠,适用于该中药复方的质量控制;红花因阴性有干扰,不能用TLC法将其鉴别出来。

Abstract:Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to qualitatively identify the active ingredients of Radix glycyrrhizae and Flos carthami in the traditional Chinese medicine compound. The results indicated that Radix glycyrrhizae could be differentiated distinctly with TLC and the procedures described in the paper proved to be highly selective, precise and reliable. On the other hand, TLC failed to identify the active ingredients in Flos carthami due to the presence of interference.
