盐胁迫下苹果砧木光合能力及光合色素的变化

摘    要:用NaCl型盐渍土浸提液对一年生盆栽Luo-1、Luo-2、小金海棠(Malus toringoides var. xiaojin.)、平邑甜茶(M. hupehensis Rehd.)实生苗进行盐胁迫处理,测定盐胁迫下光合能力和色素变化,结果表明:苹果砧木光合能力下降幅度越小、叶绿素a、b含量及对照比变化越小,耐盐能力越高,但这一现象只有在高盐浓度下才明显;耐盐能力强的Luo-2光合能力随盐处理时间的延长始终较为稳定,耐盐能力弱的苹果砧木在高盐度下则表现明显的下降趋势。

Change of Photosynthetic Capability and Pigment Content of Apple Rootstocks Under Salt-Stress
Abstract:The photosynthetic capability and pigment content of one-year-old potted apple rootstocks such as Luo-1, Luo-2, Malus toringoides var. xiaojin, M. hupehensis Rehd. under the salt stress with salt solution extracted from NaCl-typed salt soil were measured. The less declining extent of their photosynthetic capability, the content and the ratio of sample with control blank of Chl a and Chl b, the more salt tolerance of apple rootstocks, but this phenomenon was only evident when treated with higher salinity. The photosynthetic capability of the rootstock Luo-2 which has higher salt tolerance ability was relatively stable, however, the others with lower salt tolerance appeared obvious down trend under higher salinity.
