Thinking on the Implementation of Science & Technology Commissioner System in China and Countermeasures

The implementation of the science ＆ technology commissioner system is of great significance for building diversified technology and services system and mechanism innovation, implementing the full of the scientific concept of development, improving the rural science and technology service system, and accelerating the construction of the new socialist countryside.
