蜂胶囊对巨噬细胞吞噬能力的影响及其急性毒理

摘    要:测试了J9311蜂胶囊(蜂王浆、蜂胶、中药按质量比1∶1∶1配制)及其单一组分对昆明小鼠腹腔内巨噬细胞吞噬能力的影响,结果显示,0.3、0.6、1.2g·kg-1J9311蜂胶囊饲喂小鼠可极显著提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数(P<0.01);0.4g·kg-1王浆+蜂胶、王浆+中药组合或单一成分王浆和蜂胶饲喂小鼠,也能显著提高吞噬百分率和吞噬指数(P<0.01),但其程度明显低于蜂胶囊,说明该蜂胶囊具有组分的合理性.急性毒理实验显示,10.0、15.0、22.5、33.8、50.6g·kg-1剂量的J9311蜂胶囊对小鼠无急性毒理作用.

Abstract:J9311 propolis capsule (royal jelly, propolis and Chinese medical herbs at the ratio of 1∶1∶1 by weight) and its individual ingredient were used to test their effects on the phagocytic ability of mouse~′s macrophage. The results showed that feeding on the tested mice with three dosages of J9311 propolis capsule (0.3, 0.6 and 1.2 g·kg~(-1)) significantly increased the phagocytic rate and the phagocytic index of mouse~′s macrophage. Applying 0.4 g·kg~(-1) of royal jelly + propolis preparation, royal jelly + Chinese medical herbs preparation as well as individual ingredient of royal jelly and propolis had similar effect. However, compared with individual ingredient, J9311 showed better effects on the phagocytic function of mouse~′s macrophage. Acute toxin test showed that no acute toxicity was found on the tested mice when feeding 10.0, (15.0,) 22.5, (33.8,) 50.6 g·kg~(-1) of J9311 propolis capsule on the mice, giving us a clue that J9311 propolis capsule is safe product for human~′s consumption.
